HEALTHY HAMBURGERS (HAMBURGUESITAS SALUDABLES)

Ingredients (Ingredientes)

Makes 5-6 patties

  • 1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef  (1 lb Carne de Res Molida)
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro (Medio ramo de cilantro)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (4 Dientes de Ajo)
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onion (1/4 taza de Cebolla Amarilla)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (optional)
  • Sea Salt (optional)

I didn’t put Salt or Pepper in mine to allow the garlic, onion & cilantro to provide the main flavors.

Instructions:

  • In a saucepan cook patties until desired internal temperature.  I cooked mine 3 mins per side on medium heat.
