HEALTHY SPICY TUMERIC WILD SHRIMP (CAMARONES SILVESTRES PICANTES CON POLVO DE CÚRCUMA – SALUDABLES)

HEALTHY SPICY TUMERIC WILD SHRIMP

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Wild Shrimp, peeled & deveined (optional)
  • 1/4 bunch Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 Serrano Pepper, finelly chopped
  • 2 Tbls Tumeric powder
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Sea Salt
  • 1 T Coconut Oil, melted

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven at 400F.
  • In a bowl put peeled/deveined Wild Shrimp.  Add all ingredients and mix well until shrimp is well coated with Tumeric powder.  You can add more Tumeric if you like.
  • Grab a cookie sheet, put aluminum foil on top (easy clean up)! and spread shrimp evenly.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until well done.  I cooked it for 13 minutes total.

CAMARONES SILVESTRES PICANTES CON  POLVO DE CÚRCUMA – SALUDABLES

Ingredientes:

  • 1 lb Camarones (wild), pelado y desvenado.
  • 1/4 de manojo de Cilantro, picado finamente
  • 2 Dientes de Ajo, picado finamente
  • 1 chile Serrano, picado finamente
  • 2 cucharadas de polvo de Cúrcuma (Tumeric)
  • Pimienta Molida
  • Sal de Mar
  • 1 Cucharada de Aceite de Coco, derretido

Instrucciones:

  • Pre-calienta el horno a 400F
  • En un tazón agrega todos los ingredientes y revuelve bien todo.  Los camarones tienen que estar totalmente cubiertos por el polvo de Cúrcuma.  Puedes agregar mas polvo si gustas.
  • En una charola, los pones y cocinas 6-7 minutos por lado.  Total 13 minutos.
